I feel Like I’m fluid,

A body uncontrolled.

At once I knew it;

An undulating flow.

Hips that knew to sway

And feet that knew to move.

Emotions held at bay.

A High vibrational groove.

Music and adrenaline,

Tuned my body whole.

My body now had heat again,

My beating heart was full.

At times I felt scattered

And Life often took from me.

Now none of that matters,

Because I’m finally free.

When you feel stuck

In life or circumstance.

My friend your in luck;

We were born to dance.

Just close your eyes,

And Listen for your beat.

Soon you will realize,
