I fear that I will get distracted
Will I stop focusing on my dreams
And never truly reach the freedom I want to see
But I know he’s not going to allow that to happen
He represents true freedom to me
That motivates me to be the best version I can be
Working on my independency
No I’m not centering this journey around him, I’m doing this for me
But having him in my corner is a bonus
A boost of energy
Something else to inspire me
I ain’t giving no one the power to stop me from getting the things that I seek
Keeping in mind all the goals I said I will reach
A year of new beginnings for me
