The alarm rings at 6 am,
The feet hit the floor lace up the sneakers,
Window shade up is it a jacket day or not,
Looks like a not day for a jacket,
Open up the door and start the clock on the watch,
The sun appears in the sky,
The sky is showing its colors pink and yellow,
The clouds are white and puffy too,
My mind is slowly starting to work,
It is wondering what the day will,
Words are flowing in my mind also,
Will these words make it on paper,
Back home now can't believe that I walked a mile,
the mind is clear and ready to go.
