Moon, the Stars

Poem

By K.A. SmithPublished 3 months ago 1 min read

The circle is high,
the birds fly
like noon.

The light from the page
spreads wide,
shines like the moon.

I read it like the moon.
I read while the stars still
and her words, "beautiful."

My, the spill overhead,
the moon and the stars.
... moon stars.
