Wind whispers barren secrets

To the empty night

Light-filled clouds hide

The darkness within

The egg of creation

Mysteries hold the truth

Of what gestates

Shall we speak over it

Or allow it

To be

This sacred being growing

Does your soul really need

So much directing

Or is it our role

To hold back the tides

So it can go

In the freedom

It was meant

To know

Eternally

Softening its heart

To trust

Bringing balance

To an universe

Expectant

Of someone to save it

It sings softly

It’s you

It’s you, love

You’re the savior

And the thief

As long as you believe

Anything but everything

Can support the vastness

Of your waking dream
