My sense of normality is blurred,

Like my life is a sample of a tune that I heard

A remake or remix that makes it on charts,

but not quite art, since it comes from another ….

“The original was better”

“I prefer the cover”

Did I make it or fake it?

I guess we’ll know next summer when I drop the EP

Releasing tracks 12 through 15 of “If I Could Just”—featuring me

And I won’t predict numbers for this as of yet,

I can’t face predictions when my future’s the concept…

to wonder.

To live life revolved around others in comment sections.

I was playing it safe.

But I’d rather be playing it late than never.

I’d rather take a risk to keep my faith than dream about my dreams and wake up unable to relate

So here I am, apologizing in advance.
