In the quiet corners of my mind,
Whispers of joy and sorrow entwined,
A tapestry woven in threads of gray,
Where sunshine dances with shadows at play.
Heartbeats echo in dissonant tunes,
As laughter mingles with the sighs of June,
The thrill of hope flutters like a fragile dove,
Yet, beneath its wings, there’s a longing for love.
Moments of bliss, like fireflies at night,
Flicker and fade, just out of sight,
Memories linger like a bittersweet taste,
Fleeting and fragile, too precious to waste.
I walk on paths where the wildflowers bloom,
Yet feel the weight of an unseen gloom,
Each step I take, a balance of light,
Caught in the struggle of wrong and right.
The sun dips low, casting long shadows,
While dreams take flight like the evening meadows,
Embracing the chaos, I find my own song,
A symphony woven where both worlds belong.
In the dance of emotions, I find my grace,
Navigating through this intricate space,
For within the struggle, there’s beauty revealed,
In mixed feelings, my heart is concealed.
So I cherish the storms and the calm that they bring,
For life’s sweetest moments often come from the sting,
And though I may waver, I’ll stand tall and proud,
For in the mixed feelings, I am both lost and found.
