So few that understand me,

medication rules the day,

and often it commands me;

what to do and what to say...

So few know the pain I hold

inside, so no one sees.

Yes, when they do, my secret's told

and little's left of me...

I know the way I'm looked at,

I'm both different and unwell.

I seek no sympathy for that,

I'd wish no one my hell...

I'm no one's favorite guy, but I

know just what I must do.

I simply must gain people's trust

and help the likes of you...
