What better season for love and peace than Christmas? We'll be celebrating it in just a week, and though life happens and we do become jaded, we need to put time aside for the needful..

Mistletoe heralds fertility, longevity, fortune, health and abundance. So what more is there to do than to kiss under it.

This Christmas, offer each other the kiss of peace under a sprig.

No

Mistletoe

The leaves

Enfold

During times

Of trial and woe

Take one in their

Warm embrace

Mistletoe

Open in Yuletide

Welcomes

New life

Within its

Branches

And leaves

Life that

Does not

Die

Its flowers

Beckon

Blooming

With health

And radiance

Holly jolly

Rings in

Tidings of

Fortune and

Promise of

Good

To come

Mistletoe

Leaves that

Stay green

Despite

Pending cold

And frost

Mistletoe

A wreath

That does not

Tell of

Death

But life.

Happy Yuletide and Holidays, everyone.
