Miss Melanie Greene III

Always Remembered

By HenRocPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

She was full of fun

Although she could not always play

She would laugh and run

But priorities did restrain

Was she a life just lived

To be martyred by her heart?

A force lurking in the shadows

To be illuminated post mortem?

Jon did encounter her animated alter ego

Dubbed it Mel G, the playfully feisty

She believed in him sometimes more than he did

She gave a lot to him when he was unable

Enlivened, he'd seek to return the favor

But brutal was the irony that opened the door

She given him her heart just so he could live

Not once entertaining the consideration

That she could not live without it
