A woman’s body is meant to be praised…
Meant to?
Who decided that?
.
Let’s talk about what the female body is actually meant to do—
Create a human.
Nurture a human.
Home a human.
That’s power. That’s real.
.
But no—
we’re praised for what our bodies look like,
not what they carry.
.
We’ve been oversexualized for as long as history has pages.
And now it’s so deep in our society
that a teenage girl’s shoulders are “distracting.”
Three fingers’ width of fabric
apparently separates “appropriate” from “asking for it.”
.
Even me—
I show the tiniest bit of cleavage
and suddenly I’m a target.
I could scream “help” in a mall,
and less people would look
than if I wore a low-cut top.
.
I get that attraction is human.
But the disrespect?
That’s a choice.
.
Women are dehumanized
because of what we wear.
We’re expected to be hairless, flawless, modest—but sexy.
And even when we meet those impossible standards,
we’re still picked apart.
Still told we’re too much, or not enough.
.
So yeah—
when I said I wanted to go on a hot girl walk,
it wasn’t about anyone else.
It wasn’t a threat.
It wasn’t for attention.
It was for me.
To feel good.
To feel cute.
To move.
To breathe.
.
But suddenly it became a conversation
about how “men will look at you”
and how “you already have a boyfriend.”
Like wanting to feel good in my body
is some kind of betrayal.
.
Why is everything we do
assumed to be for male approval?
.
Why can’t I just exist?
.
Why can’t I feel beautiful
without being sexualized for it?
.
Society messed up—
not me.
And not the walk.
.
So let me walk.
Let me wear what I want.
Let me live in this body
without constantly defending it.

I feel pity for those women who get lips plumped up or face altered. They have no idea how the immune system is going to retaliate. Beauty is beyond looks, we must be assured of that.
Love love LOVE this. Feel it deeply. Thank you! X
