Middle of nowhere

Middle of someplace

I’ll meet you in the middle of nowhere. I’ll see you in the middle of someplace. The butcher has come to take our limbs. Looks like we’ll never finish this race.

I’ll meet you where worlds collide. I’ll see you in the earth’s molten core. The end has gotta come, sooner or later. Looks like we dug ourselves into another hole.

I’ll meet you where the cosmos began. I’ll see you in the middle of the rapture. Astronomy has no words for this bleakness. Looks like we got ourselves captured.

I’ll meet you in the arena. I’ll see you out on the battlefield. There’s no one left to atone. Looks like all of us must yield.

I’ll meet you where the skies bleed out. I’ll see you where the waters dance. This world is better off without us. Looks like we can’t repair this balance.
