Osito My Little Bear
But you are no longer so little
Now that time has passed year after year.
Often I feared I wasn't doing enough
So many sleepless nights worrying
Watching you watching me just trying to be tough.
You and I have been to hell and back again
But our bond love and inner strength
Never faulted even through all the pain.
Now 20 years old mi Osito
My little bear that has become a man
So proud to love and protect me rightfully so.
So I write to you to say thank you for teaching me so many things
Like patience tolerance love and laughter
I thank you for all the joy to my life that you bring.
Words can never truly capture
Just how much you mean to me
Not in this life or in the one after.
But this is for you mi Osito, My Little Bear
And I hope you keep this in your heart
The knowledge and the feeling of my love that will forever be there.
