Mentor they said.
It’ll be fun, they said.
What a child.
Seriously a child.
You live in this building, paying zero rent.
Boy, you don’t even pay your electric bill?
I wish I could smack you, you ruined everything.
I’ve done nothing but help you out.
What did you do? Threw it in my face.
You were starting to grow up and turn around.
Being responsible. Or so I thought.
What happened?
Actually, I know the answer.
I did everything I could to help you.
Do you even work?
How do you afford your lifestyle? Not much of one. But more than the average late 20 year olds.
Oh ya, I helped you out. I smoked you out. I fed you, I cleaned, I fed you and your sister.
Reflecting back on this situation, I was blind.
I don’t care about what you stole; took or as you saw “borrowed”
You’re the one that screwed up royally.
Lost any loyalty, or lack there was I had for you.
Get a job, a change of clothes. Your own food, and product. Your own life.
Don’t ruin a good person to appease your needs.
