Mental Telepathy

a poem inspired by sociology and pop culture

mental telepathy by Solomon

In the recesses of my mind, I wander free,

Exploring memories, like a curious bee.

Metamorphosised thoughts, they dance and sway,

As I delve into the depths of yesterday.

Transient whispers of forgotten days,

Like wet sand slipping through my fingers’ maze.

I dive deep into history’s arcane abyss,

Unravelling secrets, a mental tryst.

In the labyrinth of my thoughts, I find,

Substitutes for truths, both old and kind.

Modern and ancient, they intertwine,

Psychological mysteries, divine.

A kaleidoscope of images, vivid and bright,

Painting a canvas of the mind’s own light.

Unusual captivation, this mental telepathy,

A symphony of thoughts, a sight to see.

So I wander through the corridors of my brain,

Exploring the depths, where memories remain.

With each step, I uncover a hidden treasure,

A glimpse into the past, a moment to measure.

No principalities can contain the vastness within,

No compilations can capture the stories herein.

For mental telepathy is a journey untold,

A poetic dance of thoughts, forever bold.
