Mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social well being.

It affects how we think, feel and act.

So you can catch me on a vibe living my best life.

Just don’t ask me anything about my past.

One second I’m perfectly fine, but then one word can change it all.

Got me standing on top of the mountains just to turn around and fall.

I’m loved and I love

I’m protected by the angels watching me from above.

But even the angels bring sadness to me, because the thought of loss brings me to anxiety.

Love and compassion

Life is good, so I can’t stop this action.

Being a savage is only one of my qualities.

But being lied to, back stabbed and heart broken have put me on the edge of fatalities.

Like Rod Wave I’ve got my heart on ice.

Yet my external image keeps a smile and plays nice.

Well at least until I’m ready to fight.

One conversation can take me back to my younger age. Where I was always hyped up and ready to play.

But then again it could take me to my older ways. When I was looking for drugs to make it through the days.

At times I can’t help it when I feel so dejected.

Or being despondent because of to many rejections.

24 hours in a day.

200 emotions in the way.

But still trying not to let the past effect the future I create everyday.
