MEMORIES:THE UNFORGETTABLE MOMENTS

MEMORIES: these eight letters hold a whole universe of stars. They hold a whole ocean of water droplets. They are the flowers of the spring, the tune of birds.

Memories make us: yet the memories we make, make us. These are times we wish to have again. Although moments spent together might pass away, but the memories made stay with us lifelong.

That moment when a mother holds her child in her arms for the first time, that kiss she gives her newborn, and the never-ending love and care she has for her baby remains as one of the most favorite memories for a mother. That time the child holds her father’s finger and learns to walk is something that will never disappear. It travels with both the child and father reminding them, that no matter what they have each other’s back forever. The first-ever Family picnic at the beach, building the little sand castles and little swims in the ocean. That moment when two young hearts take the vows and become one, that moment where they promise to love each other no matter what so ever comes their way.

We close our eyes and go back to those days when we had endless playing time with those next door. the hide-and-seeks, the catch-and-cook, simply trying to be the CID or FBI agents and solve that never existed in our world. Those days spent with schoolmates at camps and annual functions. The young High School love.

And then comes college, the time and place where the unknown become the known and the closest. The unplanned outings, the going to theatres to watch the latest movies, and the last-minute plans to Domino’s or any restaurant for lunch are the days that will never be forgotten. These are memories that keep us company when the people we’ve lived these memories with are no more our fellow travelers.

As we grow older, we tend to leave these memories behind and go on with life. But there is always a moment we give our busy life a pause and sit down to open old albums or the boxes with little collectibles that take us back to every little memory. These are not just albums with pictures or collectibles these are the valuables, the memories, and the emotions that once meant something special to us, something that might remind us of a day or of an incident that can never fade away.
