Meant to Be

Crazy

An image materialized

In my distance, but within my reality

I awoke feeling fated to be with you

Twenty years had passed

Yet last night your name

filled my sleep

Your lies which had once soothed me,

so sweet

now pulling my morning obsession to be with you

A night fantasy leading to my morning's confusion

a false truth

No spinning fate has saved you for me

Your infatuation, my desire

A short thread long ago set free

A nights memory trip- just an illusion

It was just a dream- my final sad conclusion

sad poetry
