Me ,Myself, Eye.
Pinned to my board there rests
A scan of my left eye.
A little blue orb, a mini planet.
Turquoise ball with red rivulets.
A whole world of existence in that sphere.
A swirling, moving, rushing, resting, pulsing ball.
Full of life.
It seems seperate to me, but is me!
Letting in the light.
Keeping watch, eying up all outside of me,
Keeping me safe,delighting me with
A world of colour and images
That make me smile, open my heart,
Make me cry.
All connected day after day,of my sixty years,
My eye has seen it all.
The good, the bad ,the ugly.
The curator of my life.
First point of light,
The eyes have it all, all that I have lived.
All those rods and cones, show it all.
The hazel flecks that have now turned green,
Show me ,myself, I.
Big, little, smiley, simple, funny, silly, playful,
shaky, scatty, complicated, deep thinking, strongly feeling
nature loving, animal stroking, people caring, busy making,
Sometimes raging me!
