My eyes are razzle-dazzled by your diamond pulchritude.
Your angelic glow sends a mesmeric rapture through my being.
I truly believe you're a descendant sent to quench the shadows of my loneliness.
Beneath my arms lies your sanctuary
Let it be so until death dares to separate us.
In return, I will be your hero
Taking every bullet of sorrow
Just to deliver you into a world of lascivious, unquenchable love.
In the name of your mighty love,
It would only take a second for me to cross the Indian Ocean,facetious, yes,
But making sure a smile graces your face
Will be my daily, hourly, minutely, and secondly obligation.
My heart is overflowing with love,love meant only for you.
My soul is intoxicated with your tender care.
In your love, I believe I have found a fruitful fig tree.
I have wandered place to place, like a madman chasing emptiness.
But now, I believe it’s payout time
For I’ve finally found my heart’s sovereignty in you.
So pluck up some courage,lead me to your heart.
Take my hand, and let us rewrite Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet

This is some seriously over-the-top love poetry! It's so full of flowery language. I'm wondering what inspired you to write it like this. Did you have a specific person in mind? Also, the way it jumps from one grand statement to another makes it a bit of a wild ride. How do you think you could tone it down a bit while still keeping the passion?
