Mayday/1st of Fools 2

a birthday present for my wife!

By Rob AngeliPublished 3 years ago Updated 3 years ago 1 min read

Recalls a long and memorable walk we took together one spring day during hard times a couple years ago, and how we were refreshed by the spectacle of nature and humanity. Joyeux anniversaire mon amour!

It is always a change--: SPRING SNAKE!!!

[Theme of Green]

Epidemic of May Time CAT Lady,

seen on the balcony

plants

ground level for ground-dweller (she has more kitties there for sure than her lease allows)

in green thematics: a sun-bleached potted-plant scene places this heavyset lady still youngish mother of some fur-babies,

portrait overflowing with flesh,

the sun through the glass eulogizing her enormous breasts

which hang over the fresh crisp leaves of the potted plants inter-tangled.

The mewlers and mewlings:

cats meow at the balcony which is essentially the

diaphanously

Cut Portrait of Her Ghost Behind Glass, the bulk of her and the motherly green thumbs trimmed with the fat of her generous bearing.

BENEVOLENT TEATED KITCHEN

(o mother!) so many cats crowding as if

around the idol of great teated diva hostess DEVI/

surrounded by felines lazing behind the sun with them/

the watering can spreads further joys among the potted plants//:

but it moves,

[the green motive] and

was driving this narrative;

emotive a more-motor so

hey wait, slow down, look at that

all the old neighborhoods and reminders of all the same

nevermind...

The mind is a many-motored emotion/

and oh yeah with the burden of desire's pulsation,

more more more.

but GREEN was the THEME on our mayday walk, as it should be, budding florz under the overcast;

the underlays, the strident little slips

of green shoot and all the pixie

pikes of them.

It waxed easygoing on the onset trip,

a GreenDay for spring snake!
