Many ways to remind

A versatile process

By Jordan ZunigaPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

What is memory?

What does is mean to remember?

The recognition of a past failure,

Or the acknowledgement of an actual success?

The kind words spoken by another to inspire hope?

Or the vexation of an enemies slander?

The proper pathway when realizing a past mistake,

Or the application of wisdom to improve the quality of a past victory?

Is it the imagery under the sun next to the one your heart loves,

Or the size of the storm as the clouds thunder of the betrayal that struck your heart?

An image of admirable quality,

Or words that trigger a certain response?

How do we improve its capabilities,

Or enhance the amount of data stored and applied appropriately?

How do we bring to recollection, the wise words of a fathers counsel,

Or the gracious compassion relayed by a mother?

What inspires your memory?

What are you fond of remembering?
