Many Days More

Love of life

By K.C. KeatsPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

As I walk down the road of life,

I pass you bye and our eyes meet,

Many days more and I will take you for my wife,

As we sway in the room with you on my feet,

Many days more I lay my hand upon you,

I feel your bump and the kick of tiny feet,

They lay in my arms as I look into eyes of blue,

Many days more we sway to a new beat,

As you go your own way and we go ours,

The day gets dark in our last hour,

Many days more our love will join once more,

love poems
