Man Of Simple Means

Being good or bad, not both

By Hoyt Douglas BattlesPublished 5 years ago 1 min read
Steady wins the race

I would be the first to admit such folly, if only it were true. I have nurtured the holy spirit even whilst in my mothers womb. There is none other like me, as I wonder why.

A curious mix of dual forces, leading one and all towards a better path, finding truth. But of this truth you defiantly ask me, 'Is not the truth what we make of it'? Answering, 'would you dare tempt nature again'?

The path is extremely simple, yon simpletons! Anyone can afford themselves to walk on it. It isn't made of gold, but rather Hyssop. The wisdom, and simple means that most stumbling soldiers of fortune find eventually.

I have been waiting for you for centuries. What are you waiting for, a sign, an omen? It seems you too now believe your own lies.

While waiting for 'One', the group goes astray!
