Mam & Dad

I miss you both so much

By Marie381Uk Published about a year ago 1 min read
When parents die life goes on, yet it’s never the same

In the quiet dawn, I silently escape ,

To where memories of you gently spread.

Mam and Dad, in heaven's embrace,

I miss you both in this earthly space.

The sun rises, casting golden hue,

But pales beside the love I knew.

In whispers of wind, your voices play,

Guiding me through each passing day.

Though stars in the night sky gleam,

As your lights , in my memories softly beam.

In every shadow, in every song,

I find your presence, where I belong.

The laughter we shared, the stories told,

Wrapped in warmth, as the days unfold.

Your wisdom echoes in all I do,

A testament of love, eternally true.

And though the distance feels so wide,

I hold you close, where hearts abide.

In heaven's arms, you peacefully stay,

Yet here on earth, I miss you each day.

With every tear, a love note penned,

For bonds like ours, they never end.

Mam and Dad, till we meet again,

In heart and soul, you both remain
