They call me figurative and rhyming
They call me fresh, cool and seriously old skool
They call me groovy and moody
They call me flip and drip
They call me hip-hop street
They call me metric beat
They call me a poetic genius
They love me like Venus
They call me soul wham bam
They call me dancing feet
They call me personality and life
They call me stanzas, stay in line, or be a verse
I am the courage of language
Spunky monkey and downtown funky
They call me the prodigy of prose
