damn that avocado toast, or else we could buy a house.

There was a young millenial,
Who knew where she'd be by her half-centenial,
Pay is low and house prices soar,
She would only ever rent a one-bed on one floor,
But at least she could (on occasion) buy avocados and fun cereal.
