A love poem

Swirling embers and cotton skies

Painted sunsets and astonishing sunrise

Mind awoken with thoughts scattered

When time stood still and nothing mattered

Melodies dancing in your head

Releasing demons that you once fed.

Feeling the warmth yet cold to the touch

To feel so at peace it didn’t take much.

Into a place I go with no fears

It replaces that feeling sometimes with tears

Everything moves yet in time it stands still

Lucy finds a way to always make you feel
