Dogs, oh faithful dogs, with wagging tails so bright,
Bringing joy to all with their unconditional might.
Their love is pure and true, not just a show,
It's a bond that lasts a lifetime, a love that will grow.
Compared to us humans, they are simply divine,
In loyalty and affection, they always shine.
Their eyes, so full of love, never deceit,
A trust so strong, it can't be beat.
They are always there, a comfort to our soul,
In sickness and in health, they never let us go.
Their bark may be fierce, but their bite is rare,
Their bark is just a warning, they will always care.
They are patient creatures, with endless grace,
Forgiving us our flaws, at a steady pace.
Their love is selfless, it knows no bounds,
In good times and in bad, they're always around.
So let us celebrate our canine friends,
For their love is like no other, it knows no ends.
Better than humans, in so many ways,
A love that will endure, till the end of days.

Getting Serious About Comedy (Part I)
If I were asked to remark on my life and the childhood that paved some road leading me to this point, I would have to say something about all the funny people who surrounded me for the last 26,872 days (and counting). Somewhere along that road, I became a big fan of laughter and the comedy that spawns it – and, I mean not only my own laughter, but the laughter of others, some of which I have actually been responsible for inducing.
