Learn to love your body because you are God's creation
Learn to love your body,
learn to value each defect of your body,
accept who you are, just as you are,
because you are perfect beings,
humanity and society so miserable makes you imperfect,
but do not let yourselves be carried away by comments,
remember that you are God's creations,
a perfect God as well as each of his creations,
you are incomparable,
do not allow this society to make you see otherwise,
because to the Lord,
you are divine beings, unreachable, unique and above all his children.

Day 4 of Quitting
If this is how sobriety feels, maybe it’s better to go through life a little buzzed… this, along with other hits like, I want to kill myself, I wish I was dead, and I’m going to throw myself off a bridge have been the only thoughts on rotation these past few days. I promise myself that if, in a month, I still feel like this (‘this’ meaning despondent, full of rage, and simultaneously numb) I can go back to smoking. Until mid-February though? Nicotine is off the table.
