Remember the time and place, where he resounded ever bright,

The mere glance of his image brought your heart delight,

Remember the simple gestures that made her look so fair,

The laughter and the kindness, the way she said, “I care.”

Remember the random moments where he made you burst in tears,

The joy of simple humor to then kill your deepest fears,

Remember the times she made you smile every time you heard,

The times you then teased her and said, “You’re such a nerd!”

Remember the time he lent you his jacket, during the chilling cold,

The reminders of his love for you constantly shown, but untold,

Remember the time she stormed in the kitchen and played the finest cook,

The chef whose dish would cause you to wonder if you would ever again, look…
