Loving-kindness
only for those who can be exhausted
In the generous sprinkling of,
The qualities that glory,
At the highest in this world,
Loving-kindness remains forever,
It is not just,
Patting on your pet’s head,
Or giving an ice cream,
For your boyfriend,
The feeling is extremely,
Beyond those boundaries,
It is a nourished tree,
Whose branches are high,
Up to the sky,
Be loving-kind when somebody is angry with you,
Just defend, but don’t hit back,
When your neighbour hits you,
All can abominate,
When they are hurt by another,
But think! Everybody can’t,
Be the sacred who is loving-kind,
Whatever the situation is,
It is not that easy,
But strive,
And feel the real essence of loving-kindness,
Your mind will generate,
What is called,
“The inside ecstasy”,
Spreading the indeed loving-kindness,
Can be taught,
By only one phenomenal person,
In this world,
And I’m not the name revealer,
If you follow the right way,
You will see the person.

Being kind is tough at times but as I always say, the world needs more kindness. This was very lovely.
