Love To Find

You are Enough

By Abi Rose TravisPublished 8 days ago 1 min read

Find the love that dances slow,

while music hums and lights glow.

Who grabs your hand with messy hair,

and twirls you like no one’s there.

Find the one who wants to grow,

who learns with you through ebb and flow.

Who gets your jokes, your wild delight,

and holds you close on sleepless nights.

Find the voice that really hears,

who steadies you through all your fears.

Who never asks your light to fade,

but loves you more with every shade.

Find the one who texts, “Did you eat?”

Who makes sure life stays soft, yet sweet.

Who lets you climb, who lets you roam,

and still feels like your safest home.

Find the nerd who gets your world,

who cheers when your weird flags unfurl.

And even if their thing’s not yours,

they’ll back your joy and guard your shores.

Find the love that doesn’t hide,

who wears their heart with open pride.

Who kisses you in checkout lines,

and laughs at all the love that shines.

Find the one who knows your needs,

who waters where your spirit bleeds.

Who stops to fill your tired cup,

when life feels rough and time runs up.

Find the soul that runs through rain,

who helps you heal, who eases pain.

Who shows your scars aren’t proof of lack

just stories of how strong you came back.

Find the love that stands in truth,

who sees your gold, your fearless youth.

Who looks at you and helps you see

you’ve been enough. You'll always be.
