In the middle of the night is when you awaken.

With the whistle of the wind coming through your window, you glance over and see the other side of the bed empty.

There is a pain in your chest.

No longer falling asleep with him, Makes you question yourself.

He tells you that he is working, on a good day, you know he is.

Then along comes someone who has information to destroy your ego. You look at him with disgust and hatred. Then your heart does this thud that sends you to reasons why you love him.

You cant love and hate someone equally, but with your thoughts, you can do it.

Your problem is you expect people to be loyal, honest, and pure to you, But even the one you lay with can stab you in your back.

you come to the reality that all men cheat, It is just a matter of time before it begins.

You must admit that there are ladies who will cheat on a good man.

Who can blame a woman who has been heartbroken numerous times?.

Your not saying it's ok, but let's look at the statistics, men cheat more than women. And that's at any age in life.

This is what makes women like you not able to trust any man you come across.

See men will tell you whatever they "think" you want to hear.

Tell you sweet nothings because that's what it is without action 'Nothing!!"

In the beginning, they will wine and dine you, take you to all these fancy places and give you the best D of your life.

You both end up in a relationship thinking it's what feels right.

It sure does feel right for that moment. Now you both cannot stop arguing, Nights get longer, days get shorter. You both begin to find things to occupy yourselves away from each other.

You don't realize that now you're becoming distant. Now you are complaining about the lack of attention and communication.

He now has found someone on the internet who occupies his time and gives him the attention and conversation he needs.

You're no longer anyone he needs to hold on to.

And just like that to that man you are disposable.

You now learned the essence of loving yiurself through whatever storm you face. You are the love and light you need in your life.
