Love song in a toothbrush
John and Edward in The Half Paper Moon(John’s POV)
Flicker. Sparkle. Twinkle. Your smile, as we are side by side
it was predetermined, predestined, premeditated
That this method of being was perfect, meant for us
I take our toothbrushes🌟
Side by side
Your body close to mine,
And spread the toothpaste, two separate
Perfect lines.
“How can something so boring feel so sweet?” you say as you scrub your top and bottom teeth in a circular fashion
“I don't know❗” I yell in my head, but I spit out the foamy toothpaste after brushing and
Whisper in his ear, “I feel so complete.”
It's like we found the beauty in the mundane
From the horrors of our past,
Closed off like a trauma train,
Now entering the peaceful valley
And I'm bewitched by you, my love,
As we are side by side
And we dance every morning and night to our love song in a toothbrush
