In threads of light, a signal calls,

Across the web, a lover sprawls.

No whispered words, no touch so warm,

Just pixels dance in digital form.

A profile painted, a crafted show,

Perfect highlights, where flaws don't flow.

A curated self, a virtual guise,

Hoping to capture hearts and trusting eyes.

Swipes and likes, a fleeting game,

A desperate search for love's sweet flame.

Algorithms churn, a digital fate,

Matching desires, a virtual gate.

Conversations bloom, in typed-out lines,

Emojis masking, true feelings' signs.

Vulnerability shared, in measured ways,

Hiding the fears of lonely days.

Promises whispered, on screens alight,

Futures imagined, bathed in digital light.

Dates arranged, a nervous click,

A face revealed, hearts take a tick.

Does the online persona hold true?

Does the real person shimmer through?

Disappointment stings, a harsh display,

Love's pixelated form fades away.

But sometimes a spark, ignites the screen,

A genuine connection, a bond unseen.

Laughter echoes, in texts exchanged,

A virtual romance, carefully arranged.

Distance bridged by a digital thread,

Sharing dreams, before they're said.

Longing whispers, across the miles,

Love's network, a canvas that smiles.

Yet, the screen's a barrier, a fragile wall,

Can virtual love, survive at all?

The yearning grows, for a hand to hold,

For warmth that's real, a story told.

Will the network love, translate to life?

Will the spark ignite, a love more rife?

The leap of faith, a daunting quest,

Leaving the digital, for love's true test.

The love network, a double-edged blade,

Convenience meets longing, a love serenade.

With cautious steps and hearts wide open,

Maybe love finds a way, no longer broken.
