Love left to Wander đź’”

Love doesn’t leave when we do; it lingers, it wanders

Would it hurt less if I let us go,

To let you be with someone you know?

Seeing someone love you, it hurts, it’s true,

The pain deepens knowing you love her too

Walking down alone on memory lane,

Even without you, I can’t release this pain

Miss our vibe, the energy we felt,

Words weren’t needed, we could just sense and tell.

Wondering what I’m doing here, missing you,

Watching you love and be loved by someone new

Want to leave, but this care I feel,

Won’t let me find peace, no matter where I flee

Days like these, I find myself in prayer,

Wishing you could feel just how much I fear

At the end, I wonder if any of this will matter,

For all I know and feel, is my love is left to wander.
