that paints your tableau,

Love is the rainbow

that encompasses all.

that blazes steady and true,

Love is a mother

that shares all she has with you.

Love is a powerful force

that conquers all in its path,

Love is a medicine

for your ailing heart.

Love is the gentle breeze

that lifts you up in the air,

Love is the glue

that binds you with care.

Love is the kindness

you show every day,

Love is the joy

you selflessly spread each way.

Love is the anchor

that keeps you ashore,

Love is the angry retort

that you swallow whole.

Love is the smile

that reflects in your eyes,

Love is the meaning

you infuse in your life.

Love is the song

you hear in the night,

Love is the siren

that beckons but's right.

Love is diversity

that enriches your life,

Love is awakening

your dormant might.

*

Love is the unearthing

of your one true self,

Love is being still

so your spirit can speak in good health.

Love is the acceptance

your soul dearly craves,

Love is self-forgiving

your wondering ways.

Love is a color, a taste, and a whiff,

Love is a feeling, a prayer, and a chant,

Love is both the means and the goal,

Love is everything, make no mistake.
