Love hums

With eyes soft, sigh. Find rest.

By Katherine D. GrahamPublished 2 years ago Updated 2 years ago 2 min read

Hush tiny dear ones.

Draw near. Come hear some love hums.

Small dove, ease into this safe, warm nest.

With eyes soft, feel love, sigh, then take rest.

*

View into this dark void. Gaze.

Let's find your path over this maze.

Move, like well born gold, into this sun's cone halo.

Then play amid full, then dull cast, pale moon beam glow.

*

Find your fay’s wand. Flip both poles, then with tact, toss.

When poles spin they bolt over epic wins, then leap over grim loss.

Heed well this note: with help also goes harm. Zero your mind.

Rest still. Hear this stir fizz. Foam sets pure bulk free when junk bits bind.

*

Feel free. Take some risk with luck. Then seek more.

Have some muse time. Fate will open some door.

Lure wild love. Take care. Hold love firm with rare fine skill.

Root love deep into your life. Know time can’t stay still.

*

Love uses Ions, from past eras, that ally. Ions rule over what life will mime.

Love will ably tune each soul echo, from some ‘once upon best-ever time.’

Tame love. Love will link, then glue, each tiny atom into weak, holy ties.

When love ties snap, they yoke body with mind, then with soul, very wise.

*

Race full tilt. When must, pull back. Move slow.

Stay akin with wave ebbs that then flow.

Live well. Wage prop bets. Mind what size.

Then stop. View, that pall hung over what dies.

*

Take this oath. When each wave ends:

Feel! Hear! Look! Bend your best-ever lens.

Each ‘best laid plan’ will veil some long lost past view.

Heed this fact: Fair acts make fake turn into true.

*

Wait. Nigh, cold soul fury will turn into love zeal heat.

Love will heal much pain, mend rips, cure ills, with each drum boom beat.

*

Rest sure. Vast love will gush. Your soul uses your wits.

Make sure that each ‘must have’ need, upon your wish list, fits.

Slip knot hope, born from some past done deed,

with love. Both will seep into many next ripe, soul seed.

*

Ring. Rest time done. Wake from this daze.

Zing. Open your eyes. Feel this mist, gage that haze.

Slam. Take your time. Just stay calm.

Wham. Live your epic tale. Avow your love balm.

*

Written with a depth and breadth that is fitting for the simple but inexhaustible subject of love. Perspective of teacher and nuturer: fine work.
