Love and Sadness

intertwined....

By Deana WarnerPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

Love and sadness intertwined,

rooted in my heart so deep,

wanting to remove the one,

the other- want to keep.

As I yank I feel the pain,

so strong that I can hardly bare,

and the roots of love for keep,

begin to tare, begine to tare.

So I stop to think about,

if sadness leaves I go without

the love I want and need to live

and I decide-I'm positive!

Love and sadness intertwined,

rooted in my heart so deep,

wanting to feel one so strong

me thinks requires both to keep.
