You stare into my eyes,
I stare at the floor,
Mouth open wide,
No words to say,
You move a little closer,
My heart crackles louder,
I put my hand on your chest,
I feel a dozen beats, like thunder
Sparks fly through my body;
Electricity crackles in our hearts.

Welp, that electricity gotta go somewhere...so why not? Congrats on being featured in 'Vocal Creators We're Loving'. Woot-WOOT!!!
Love the feeling reading this gave me. Very edgy, lovely poem.
Love Electricity Crackles In Our Hearts ,well done
So intense Carol, - the electricity of love. Well Done!!!
Short, sweet, and electrifying! Love buzzing like a live wire—beautifully done! It’s the kind of poem that lingers, like a spark refusing to fade. Absolutely stunning!
