Lost My Way
I lost my way somewhere between years.
The path blurred, the signs fell quiet.
I walked with nothing but old faith,
and even that started to fade.
The night did not answer.
The moon hid behind itself.
But still I kept moving,
because stopping felt worse.
Then I saw a small light ahead,
a warmth that didn’t need to speak.
It was me, from long ago,
waiting patiently for my return.
I sat with that light until morning.
The road was still unclear,
but I was not lost anymore.
Only beginning again.

Great poem for we all lose our way sometimes, but when we find our way all the better no matter how we gained.
