I'm lost in a sea of despair
A turbulent ocean of emotion
A fog of confusion and fear
A darkness that has no end

I'm lost in the depths of my mind
A labyrinth of thoughts and ideas
A maze of memories and feelings
An abyss of doubts and regrets

I'm lost in a world of uncertainty
A wilderness of choices and paths
A vastness of possibilities
A chasm of unknowns and what-ifs
***
I'm lost in the midst of my heart
A jumble of hopes and dreams
A cacophony of longings and wishes
A morass of loneliness and grief

But I'm not alone in this journey
I'm not the only one lost
We all have our moments of doubt
But we can find our way back home.
