Longing

SILENCE

By HimanPublished about a year ago 1 min read

So I begin thinking of her long and hard,

Imagining how sweet it could have been

Like our first time, filled with anticipation.

Ever since she vanished without a trace,

Nothing has stayed the same. She became

Cries I muffled, pictures I deleted, streets I avoided,

Eerie stony silence I spread.
