Longevity

We all sit and wonder every now & again about where it is that we’re gonna be.

I myself am never sure what the future holds for me.

Its strange because honestly...

I don’t even see myself making 33 and certainly, don’t even hope to see 43.

It is what it is... that’s my philosophy.

I hope that it changes.

Having a baby will probably change how I feel.

In the mean time, I don’t want too much structure.

I want to go with the flow... Go where the wind blows.

That’s the key to my longevity.

You sigh and stare at me.

I like to feel... Free.

I’ll chase the sunset till it chases me.

Even though I know that doesn’t make sense it’ll have to do until I’m sure of my placement,

In this cold world.

Bleeding with amnesia in the search for myself,

Lost, broken, invisible.

But to everyone else I’m invincible.

She lied to me and said she’d never go.

So I chase the sunset... As its setting slow.

Alone forever, but never... in forever alone.
