I'm lonely

People you know,

they'll come and they'll go,

The only thing left is my sorrow,

Though despair I don't show,

My joy ceases to flow,

My heart turns to stone,

The only thing I know,

Is that I'm alone,

This feeling isn't new,

Though I hate to admit it,

I feel so blue,

But there's nothing I can do about it,

As I wandered alone on the street,

I began to think of my friends,

They did nothing but cheat,

Hence, our friendships ends,

I thought of my parents,

whom I never saw,

I never got any presents,

An unavoidable flaw,

sad poetry
