Loneliness Has Got A Hold On Me
I'll find solace in the silence

Loneliness is a quiet room,
Empty and still, without a bloom,
A place where silence reigns supreme,
And shadows dance a lonely theme.
The walls are high, the windows barred,
The door is locked, the room is scarred,
With memories of times gone by,
Of laughter lost and tears that dry.
The hours pass in slow despair,
The mind a haze, the heart laid bare,
No voice to break the stillness there,
No touch to soothe the heart's despair.
Loneliness is a darkened space,
A barren wasteland without grace,
A place where dreams are left to die,
And hope fades out with each deep sigh.
But in the midst of all this pain,
A spark of hope can still remain,
A chance to break free from the chain,
And find a path to love again.
So let us not give up the fight,
But keep our eyes on the light,
For even in the darkest night,
Loneliness can turn to bright.
