I know I had to let you go to the street,

Time has passed and we’re able to re-meet .

You heard my voice and you proceeded with glee .

I have nothing to offer ,can you not see.

All that time I prayed that you were safe and sound.

I was over joyed when my neighbor said she saw you around.

You’re peacefully sleeping without a worry in sight.

I just wish everything would just be alright .

You help me mentally and I feel with ease.

I hope this doesn’t put us on the street please.

This hurts so much if only you knew.

With you my purpose for living grew.

The tears subside and and I feel happier inside.

Our friendship and your presence had an effect that no one else could show .

Tears burning my cheeks seeing you go😭

I’ll miss your personality and the memories too .

Most of all I’ll miss how much you got me through.

I love you with all my heart and I hope your love the new family as we go a part .

I have to let you go for a responsible reason and I know you’ll understand.

You were the singer in our 2 person band.

You’re one of a kind and you’re a special one.

But our time together is done.

I hope I gain strength to maneuver through my life and let this be a lesson learned.

Never make a irrational decision when you’re discerned .

I’ll never let something I love go flee,

Especially they’d do anything to comfort me.
