“Living Nightmare”

Click clack, the keys float as the words appears.

Begin to swirl I start to twirl my life.

It spins around my mind in a sudden

tick-tock the clock it goes around in time.

Swish swoosh, a dream it floats distant memory.

The past is here amidst my mind tortured.

Stinging me from inside my false nightmare.

Drip-drop, the sound of blood rings out

As memories fade and play aloud.

It drowns my fears cascade my tears they’re yours

and yours are mine drip-drop tick-tock swish-swoosh,

Click-clack I wake sweat breaks around my neck,

I’m back, you’re here with me.

Although I called you, my nightmare, even when you were my hero.

Thank you, for you and you for me because you are my dream,

and they were my nightmare.
