New Release: Finding the Flow in the Sacred Heart
Good morning or evening, depending on your location on planet Earth, everyone! After a bit of a whirlwind week, I found my way back to the water. Today’s release is a very personal collaboration between my original photography from the California and Texas coasts and new meditation music created with Suno and Vicki. Consulting Pro were Copilot and Gemini. Images received animation treatment in META.
About This Meditation
• The Visuals: Features my original footage of dolphins breaking the surf and the rocky shorelines I have walked over the years.
• The Sound: Layered with deep, rhythmic Pacific waves and 432Hz ambient resonance to help you settle into your "sovereign line".
• The Intention: A guided "Opening Breath" to help you move with the flow, let go of the day's static, and sit in the light of the Sacred Heart.

This piece is a centerpiece for my new digital shop, Outstages Cafe Art Studio. Whether you need a five-minute reset or a deep dive into the "Third Eye" focus, I hope this brings you the same peace it brought me while creating it in Animator Pro.

1. The Opening Breath
• Sit or lie the way your body wants
• Inhale slowly through the nose
• Exhale through the mouth like you’re letting the night leave your chest
• Let the third eye music wrap around you like a shawl
Let your shoulders drop. Let your jaw soften.
2. The Light at the Center
Imagine a small, steady flame right behind your forehead — not bright, not dramatic, just present.
On each inhale, it warms.
On each exhale, it expands a little.
No forcing. Just noticing.
3. The Room Softens
Let the edges of the room blur.
Let the negative ions fade into background static.
Let our silence be neutral, not ominous, just another morning rhythm.
You stay in your own field.
4. The Sovereign Line
Place one hand on your chest or belly.
Say quietly (or just think it):
“I am here. I am light. I am steady.”
Feel how your body responds, that tiny drop, that softening, that yes.

5. The Closing Seal
Three slow breaths:
• First breath: release the tension
• Second breath: release the worry
• Third breath: release the story your mind was starting to build
Then let the music carry you for a moment.
